• Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and/or terrace.
• Doors and windows: Before leaving the house, please always close all doors and windows.
• Damage: Please inform us immediately if damage has occurred.
• Rest periods: In the sense of a good neighbourhood, we ask you to observe the night rest from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Tap water: The tap water, here on the island, is NOT drinking water, but can be used for cooking.
• Waste: Please pay attention to the environment and avoid waste as far as possible. Please do not dispose of food leftovers or hygiene products in the toilet. Please dispose of garbage regularly in the associated containers.
• Departure: On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 11:00 a.m. Please put all keys back in the box. Do not leave any waste in the house.
